I support this petition for rulemaking. It is ridiculous that Virginia lawmakers allow Omega to destroy our bay. It is obvious that the only reason that our elected officials allow this practice is that Omega gives them money. No other state allows reduction fishing for menhaden and Virginia should stop now.  Allowing a foreign company to destroy our bay is criminal.
