I fully support the limiting of such large numbers of any fishing by commercial fishing vessels in the Chesapeake Bay and other waters that are close- 10 miles off the ocean beaches. I have seen this vessel out in the bay and have seen the results of the massive dumps they do for whatever reason.  The numbers of fish killed that the dump for whatever reason will break your heart for such a waste and should not be allowed and the Va state regulators are as much responsible for this as the people doing the dumping.  I have also seen a great reduction of schools of what I call baitfish- same kind I have seen in the mass fish dumping that I have seen.  In the bay last several years I see also no large schools of the same kind of fish    I believe that is will be a major factor in what is to come in the future if the fishing does not stop and I am talking about commercial fishing vessels
