I absolutely support this petition and all of it's recommendations! It is common sense to stop purse seine fishing and to study the impacts of over harvesting menhaden and all of the bycatch that this type of fishing causes! All other states bordering the Chesapeake Bay do not allow Omega Protein to fish off their shores - WHY does Virginia1 We need to wake up and stop this company from devastating fishing practices immediately!!! Ospreys are starving!!!
