I hear politicians talking about saving the Chesapeake Bay but no one has done anything about Omega protein sucking the life out of it. The fishing is declining so bad it's not hardly worth buying a fishing license anymore. The osprey you used to see everywhere are non-existent now. What Omega is doing is ridiculous, scooping up everything in their path, and if you think the only thing they're keeping is menhaden from those nets you are extremely naive. The Chesapeake Bay is the only bay on the Eastern seaboard they're allowed in and it needs to stop. Please, please make Omega get out of the bay and fish in the ocean. Sincerely, John Smart.
