Working conditions over the last several years has been extremely stressful. A pharmacist should never have to work alone from a safety and patient safety standpoint. At any given time, there should always be at least a 1:1 ratio between pharmacist and tech support. The pharmacist should always have the final say when it comes to tech support based on the needs of the business any given day.
