It feels like we are slaves to the public tolerating verbal abuse daily, threats about metrics from corporate, and being told we can all be replaced for new hires at a lower pay rate.  All this without a meal break, inability to see the light of day for 12 hours, and God forbid you have to go to the bathroom.  It's no longer a profession...it's jail.
