How does this logically deal with water pollution? These clowns think that this is a problem when they do not understand that when most pollution is caused by run off. So you mean to tell me that the next petition will to be shutting down all major fertilizer plants, insecticide plant and pesticide plants? Oh how bout we outlaw the chemical’s that Vdot use to treat the roads. Or everyone that owns property and yards on the water can not use anything on their yards to prevent any kind of runoff in the water's. Please where does this stop at?
