I fish in the bay on a regular basis these boats have no place in the bay, the amount of dead illegal fish I see nearly everytime I make a trip out in the bay is obscene. Obvious net marks which resulted in the fishes death. Cobia, striped bass, drum all illegal fish either out of limits or out of season being caught by these boats any recreational fisherman caught with these fish would face severe fines, suspensions of license, or even boat seizure depending on the severity, but omega continues to operate with no oversight or regard. They are destroying the fragile ecosystem of the bay, if they are allowed to continue operating it should only be in the ocean the bay is getting destroyed by this operation.
