Net size and depth regulations absolutely need to be implemented. The amount of by catch killed in our Bay is unacceptable. It is bad enough that the entire bottom of the good chain is being destroyed. The real answer is that reduction fishing has no place inside the waters of the Chesapeake Bay, the east coasts largest and most important estuary.
