I agree with the petition and the need for regulations to achieve compliance be instituted now, not later.   And, agree that a moratorium on the mehaden fishing for 30 days be instituted, this once, to see if it has a beneficial effect on the current survival rate of this year's crop of osprey chicks.   If that requires a different comment block, I haven't been able to find it yet.
