I Am in agreement and Support any legislation that will establish limits on purse seine menhaden fishing. I feel that stronger regulation and harvest limits are critically needed to maintain the balance of the entire Chesapeake Bay fishery.  Commercial harvesting has progressed to a level that well exceeds Natural replenishment.
