It is absolutely obvious that when a 60' net is fished/drug in 30' or 40' water of the Bays and Rivers of the Chesapeake Bay they are going to tear up the sea grass and the bottom. You don't need a study or to do research on this. It is just plain common sence. Get the nets OUT.
