I was recently out trolling for Spanish and there were 4 ocean harvester mother ships and a spotter plane circling. All within a two mile radius and you just had to sit there and watch helplessly knowing that they were destroying the fishery, netting all sorts of fish that they were going to dump and die. It was sickening to watch this, all about two miles offshore. This needs to stop, they will ruin the bay.
