11VAC20-30-100 (S) "...only a qualified organization or a permitted charitable gaming supplier shall advertise a poker tournament.." should be stricken.
I'd like to know why this was included as, again, it only unnecessarily restricts operators and organizations from advertising. If someone else wants to donate or advertise, why not allow this. The casino can advertise, the lottery is all over the place with advertising so why limit what charities and operators are allowed to do? This only hurts the charity.
