I speak on behalf of all special needs parents when I say taking care of our children is a necessity. Your life is forever changed when you have a child who needs assistance.  Someone has to care for these children/ adults for their entire lives. Why does it make since to pay a stranger instead of someone who knows them best. It’s a Sacrifice to stay home making minimum wage but one we are willing to do for the betterment of our loved ones
