Charitable Gaming Regulations

Good afternoon,

I would like to ask that you consider lowering the amount required of 40 percent to be a more reasonable amount to 10 to 15 percent charity

I also would like to ask that you also reconsider daily deposit requirements.  These organizations are run mostly by volunteer boards and trustees that counting machine intake daily and taking it to the bamk will require considerable hours and make it harder to find board members able to cover these positions.  It also may require us to pay for positions that have traditionally been volunteer and further limit the amount of money we are able to donate to charity.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
