I am the past president of the fraternal order eagles 4123.   The impacts of these proposed changes to the gaming rules would really impact our organization and hurt all the non profit affiliates. We depend on the games to help keep us up and running. If the change happens it would force us to close, cause we could not pay the employees and insurance that we do as of right now .
