gambling should provide jobs for Virginians

It is very sad that a state govt would place gambling proceeds over jobs for Virginians. All the establishments that have electronic gaming, also have employees that derive their wages from the gaming. These new laws remove the human quality from gaming so it can all be automated by big tech operators. The original intent for gambling in this state was to provide jobs for Virginians, but now it has degraded to being only about the money that cannot be spent on wages.
