New Gaming laws

I understand the need to regulate the spending of proceeds, that being said the fact the I contribute my monies to the Moose Lodge or the Eagles being a member of both but they can not use the money to help keep the lights on so to speak ( pay the bartenders, do repairs to the lodge, pay the day to day bills that are required to stay open ) both of the lodges that I'm a member of make many contributions to the community as well as do all the things stated above.

I'm ask that you consider the fact if you tie the hands of the lodges so they can't pay bills using some of the money they will be force to close and nobody wins.
