Charitable gaming is just what it says: gaming that supports charities. As a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Fraternal Order of Eagles and Moose, I’ve seen first hand the support these organizations offer to local communities in need. Removing charitable gaming would likely affect the stability of these smaller organizations that work to impact communities for the greater good of all.
I ask that you please allow charitable gaming to continue uninterrupted.
Remember these are not-for-profit organizations, so charitable gaming is not lining the pockets of individuals, rather helping to sustain the efforts to support communities when and where there is a need.
And no one individual makes these decisions. These things are voted on according to the bylaws of each.
