What you all are proposing will force the closure of many fraternal organizations. Many of these organizations are running on a shoestring budget as it is, and you want to take more money from them. They help the community in many ways and by passing these new regulations will take that help away from local communities. 

This is just another money grab from the government aimed at hurting the communities. Virginia has a record surplus right now and you all are still not satisfied. You just have to take more and bleed us dry. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, but that would take a conscience, and it is quite obvious that the people in government do not have one.
