Revised New Regulations

Comment #2. This comment is like several other constructive comments on several key issues.

  1. Revise the Electronic Gaming Use of Proceeds % to a realistic number, 10-15%.
  2. Revise the daily reconciliation requirement to weekly
  3. Since gaming managers are a requirement, allow salaries of our paid social room game managers to be allowed Use of Proceeds or Gaming Expenses. Allow non-game manager wages to be included as business expenses as currently written in the code. Bingo managers and callers are currently allowed to be paid in what is otherwise an all volunteer endeavor so it appears logical to allow our social quarters employee wages to be allowed.
  4. Eliminate the additional $200 fee. One $200 fee for all charitable gaming at a single organization is sufficient.

Thank you for the Departments consideration of these revisions.

Respectfully,

Bill Feasenmyer
