I oppose 11VAC20-20-40 Section K that mandates 40% of electronic gaming adjusted gross receipts be given to charity. Should this be implemented, it would sound a death bell our VSO’s. We depend on these monies for our survival and to help with veterans needs. Please reconsider and not put into motion that will cause closure of most if not all VSO’s as we know them today.
