New Charitable Gaming Requirements

As a long standing member of a charitable organization I believe passage of this bill will lessen the positive impact we have upon our communities.

Charitable donations impact our communities by assisting those in need in a profound way regardless of race, color, creed, ethnic origins, social class, and follow principles for diversity and inclusion.

If passed effects include:

  1. Far reaching unnecessary government oversight
  2. Cumbersome/burdensome for the charitable organization
  3. Negative impact to individuals requiring/needing assistance
  4. Negative impact to community needs

Please go back and rethink this new requirement!
