Please Reconsider the 40%

This proposed 40% will have a terribly negative impact on charitable organizations, and will trickle down to so many levels.  We exist to help others - this 40% will greatly reduce donations to local and national charities.  Some smaller facilities may have to close their doors.  Members will lose their fraternal/family mindset without a home base.  These organizations actually keep citizens engaged - and losing the ability to do good deeds will impact society as a whole.  Please steer these increases to large businesses and corporations.  Believe it or not, this 40% allows us to maintain the property and pay utilities so that we can gather and do good deeds for others. Please reconsider and allow us to continue to operate so that we can help the less fortunate.
