There is no evidence that voter fraud is widespread or has made a difference in any elections. Every citizen has a right to vote and the voting regulations should be designed to facilitate voting, not further restrict it. Many people sign their names with poor penmanship, some because of age or other disabilities. Absentee ballots should not be rejected on such flimsy grounds which appear to be poliltically motivated.
