It seems that there is a move afoot by this proposed change to disinfranchise voters. The right to vote should not be limited to those that are allowed to vote, by such petty means as a signature that appears messy. If anything the board should be doing more to get the votes of all those meeting the minimum requrements. Do what is equitable and right for all.
