The fact that according to provision C1 my vote would be excluded because I wrote my name First, Middle, Last instead of L,M,F  or that according to C2 my vote will be xcluded if I don't write my full middle name and just sign my middle initial absolutely fails any "smell" test.  This whole action smells bad and will only discourage voting and prevent ALL of Virginians voice from being heard.  SHAME ON YOU!
