Support protections against discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation.
I’m commenting in support of Virginia Administrative Code section 22 VAC 40-131-170.
Protections against discrimination in adoption on the basis of sexual orientation is very important and is a great step. Based on the social work classes I have taken I believe the proposed regulations are needed and are the right way to go.
I hope that we will soon see the proposed changes to the regulations go into effect and ensure that all children are protected including those who are gay.
