Please oppose the Virginia Administrative Code section 22 VAC 40-131-170. It is not right to force adoption agencies with certain religious views to allow adoption by people they feel are unfit to parent. These agencies should not be forced to allow these adoptions to take place or close their doors. There are so many children that need homes. Think about the children - not the adults trying to force their lifestyles on the rest of America.
