By passing this legislation, you will be hurting the children involved in the adoptions the most.  If these changes take effect, Catholic Charities most certainly will be put in the position of having to withdraw assistance -- and that, by far, is the most harmful to the little ones who need their help to find good homes.  Please, don't pass this legislation!
