I totaly disagree with this proposed regulation. Agencies will be forced to comply with the placement of children regardless of the agencies best interest of the child based on religious and moral beliefs. The repurcussions and ramificantions to children will be unsurmountable. Private adoption agencies should be allowed to place children with couples of similar values and beliefs. Once again American liberties of upholding moral citizens and morality in general in this country will be trampled on if this regulation goes forward.
