The right to conscientious objection based on religious views

The state has a duty to protect the rights of its citizens to freely exercise their religious beilefs and affiliations as equally as it does to protect against their discrimination in public life. State agencies are duty bound to profess and act out the non-discrimination clauses that the state adopts, but forcing such clauses on agencies of private and religious origin violates the freedom of those citizens who claim membership in private and religious organizations to freely exercise their beliefs. Let the state not discriminate against religious organizations, nor dictate doctrine to religions. To do so is as much a violation of civil rights as state discrimination against any class of people.
