The propose Virginia Administrattive code Section 22 VAC 40-131-170 has unjust provisions for adoption

I am oppose to the same because  it is contrary to the good sense and to  raising of healthy children in famlies compose of a man and a women. as parents 

These new  provisions serve only to special interest groups bend into use adoption as a tool of social change and even could be used by children predators to condition children  their own "life styles".
