I am opposed to 22 VAC 40-131-170(B). This would discriminate against religious adoption institutions in violation of the 1st Amendment's Free Exercise of Religion Clause.  This is political corrrectness run amock without any respect for the children involved, or the religious beliefs of these agencies.
