Is there something in the word "PRIVATE" that you know of that I don't!  Just as in any business, the following holds true here, that is WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE!  iF YOU ARE "ARM TWISTING" THESE AGENCIES BECAUSE THEY MAY RECEIVE MONEY FROM YOUR DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, then shame on you!
