It is outrageous that this bill is even being considered. It takes a mother and a father to raise a child whether it is adopted or not. This type of consideration is against the Old Testament and the New Testament upon which our country was founded. This type of adoption would be immoral, unethical and harmful to the development and welfare of the child.
