If these agencies are actually Christian, they would be eager to place as many children as they can.  Gays and lesbians can and do provide caring and competent parenting to children in need.  They should be interested in placing children in homes rather than maintaining their religion based bigotry.  Do they refuse to place children in homes of people who have been divorced and remarried?  Didn't think so, but it's ust as big a sin in their Bible.  How about single parents?  Pass the regulation.
