stop creating regulations that hurt children and driving religious foster care and adoption agencies

out of business.   These religious organizations deserve our support and respect.  Not forcing people of good will and high moral standards to embrace degrading and immoral lifestyles  which harm innocent needy children.

the state of Virginia has no right to impose regulations such as this.
