Why are you propsiong to hurt needy children by driving religious foster care and adoption agencies out of business?

Why is the state of VA rejecting good parents for children?? 

Instead they should embrace good parents!!

This proposed exclusion of potential foster and adoptive parents is unconscionable and destructive!!

Virginia State Social Services has no right to impose this strange new morality on other people.  It will only be to the detriment of the needy children who desire homes and parents!
