Adoption should not be restricted by sexual orientation.  If faith-based organizations are going to work with the state, they must conform to state standards- they should not be allowed to impose their faith-based restrictions on others who are not of their faith.  No disrespect is meant to these organizations, but their freedom of religion stops with them, and does not apply to their interactions with state services.
