I am writing to protest the enactment of new VA regulations that will drive religiously oriented agencies out of business in VA.  It is unconscienable to require prospective parents, children and the agencies that serve them to accept a morality that is at odds with their religious beliefs.  Virginia has a long and noble history of respect for faith and religious conviction; this regulatory action is not noble and is not in the best interest of Virginia's families.  I urge those in leadership to reject this measure.
