Do not harm children

I oppose this regulation.  Adoption is for children who need parents, and they are entitled to a mother and a father.  Punishing organizations who provide that service will ultimately harm children.  Adoption is supposed to be about the needs of the child, just like good parenting is focused on the needs of the child.  Children need a mother and a father.  Political opinions should not be used to harm the needs of children!

The proposed 22VAC40-131-170B states that the licensee shall prohibit acts of discrimination based on religion among other things, yet shutting down these institutions is an act of discrimination based on religious beliefs!  Furthermore, religious liberties and religious freedom would be attacked if this regulation passed!

Do not harm children because of the political views and personal preferences of others!
