I strongly oppose Social Services Adoption Standards 22 VAC 40-131-170 part B.   Aberrrations from the traditional family model are proven to be difficult at best and damaging to many.  What is to be gained by denying faith based adoption agencies the freedom to seek the best model for children who are already in exceptional need? This comment already expressed resonates with our thinking and appeals to both reason and common sense.
