The proposed rule change seems to target Christian agencies. If someone chooses to use a Christian adoption agency due to their personal beliefs they should be able to do so. Forcing a Christian, who must through force of circumstances give up a child for adoption, to allow atheists or homosexuals to raise their child in a lifestyle that offends them is just plain wrong and intrudes on the freedoms all citizens are due to them in The Bill Of Rights.
