Before acting on regulation such as the one stated above, officials need to really examine and see if this in the best interest of the children or special interest groups pushing their political agenda.  If an agency provides good parents for children, they should be embraced, not rejected by the state of Virginia.  Excluding Christian adoption agencies sends a message that the children and their well-being is not the focal point of United States adoption.
