I am concerned over the changes to adoption agency licensing requirements.  It seems to me that it is not the role of our government at any level to prevent an agency from requiring above and beyond the standards necessary for the health and well being of a child.  If a religious or any other organization wishes to implement additional standards, they should be welcome to do so, including religious tests or lifestyle tests.  

I oppose the proposed change to such licensing requirements.
