I would ask that you sincerely reconsider allowing homosexual adopt. You would be ruling against the help of religous organizations by forcing them to participate and undermining the very group you hope to help most ( children in need of adoption) by narrowing the scope to exclude all those who would oppose this legislation based on religious ideals.
