Since when has government been given the authority to dictate to that individuals and faith based organizations must act contrary to their religious beliefs? As long as same sex partners have an opportunity anywhere to adopt then they are not being discriminated against. The proposed regulation will force faith based organizations to shutdown or move there adoption activities which ultimately will hurt the Commonwealth and its citizens.
