I am writing to oppose the requirement which would require agencies to accept homosexual couples as appropriate parents for foster and adoptable children.  Every serious long term study has shown that children develop better in a traditional family environment.  Children who have already been in dire situations need a stable environment to increase their chances to heal.   Experimenting with these young lives is morally irresponsible.  I urge you, if you truly have the children's interest at heart, not to approve this proposed regulation.

The proposal to force adoption agencies to place children with gay couples is putting political correctness over what is best tor the children.    Experimenting with these innocent lives is morally unacceptable.
